The £40million Craig Croft scheme is expected to be the largest of the five village centres, Craig Croft will contain a new primary school, Community facilities, health care, retail and an enterprise centre. The designs are innovative, forward thinking and reflective of the local community both in spirit and aspirations.

What is happening?

We have got outline planning approval and are continuing to look at the funding package to pay for the infrastructure work.

The North Solihull Partnership are keen to ensure local buy in, representation and engagement in the development of Craig Croft and so will be seek further input before bringing the designs through the detailed design process.
